Returns Timeframe
We accept returns within 15 days of you receiving your items. Please note that all returned products must be in original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:
- Fuel products (Charcoal, Briquettes, Lumpwood, Heat Beads)
- Food items or BBQ rubs that have been opened
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Items that have been used or installed
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for Authorization: We will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse address (provided in your authorization email). We recommend using a tracked shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your account depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrived damaged or is faulty, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or fault. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
